These terms and conditions govern all purchases made at this website; by using this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of this agreement as well as all other terms and conditions found on our website.

Refunds and Store Credits

Refunds will only be offered under specific circumstances at the sole discretion of CE Academy, Inc. All purchases are considered final and non-refundable, however we may choose to refund your purchase for the following conditions:

Live Presentations Sold from Our Website (Webinars, Face to Face, Lunch & Learn).

(For example, if you purchase a webinar and only attend for 30 minutes you will not receive completion credit for the webinar because minimum attendance time is 50 minutes.)
• Refund within 5 calendar days of the purchased event start date.
• No refund will be provided for any reason within 5 calendar days of the purchased event start date.
• Credit for another event within 5 calendar days of the purchased event start date. No refund provided.
• Cancelled events will result in a full refund.
These conditions do not guarantee a refund for your purchase. We reserve the right to deny any refund for any reason.

Purchase Limitations

All purchases are valid for a duration of 2 years from the original date of purchase. After this time, you will lose access to any items you have purchased.
This limitation does not affect your transcripts. Your transcripts will continue to show items you have successfully completed regardless of any terms listed herein.


Purchases may not be transferred to another party for any reason. Purchases are only valid for the account under which they were purchased.
